چکیده
Abstract Mango stem bark extracts (MSBE) have been used as bioactive ingredients for nutraceutical, cosmeceutical, and pharmaceutical formulations due to their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic effects. We performed the MSBE preparative column liquid chromatography, which led resolution identification by GC-MS of 64 volatile compounds: 7 hydrocarbons, 3 alcohols, 1 ether, aldehydes/ketones, phenols, 20 terpenoids (hydrocarbons oxygenated derivatives), 9 steroids, 4 nitrogen compounds, sulphur compound. Major components were β -elemene, α -guaiene, aromadendrene, hinesol, 1-octadecene, -eudesmol, methyl linoleate, juniper camphor, 9-methyl (3 ,5 )-androstan-3-ol, γ-sitosterol, -chamigrene, 2,5-dihydroxymethyl-phenetylalcohol, N -phenyl-2-naphtaleneamine, several phenolic compounds. The analysis MSBE, Haden variety, is reported first time, gives an approach understand possible synergistic effect compounds on its analgesic, anti-inflammatory relevant from extracts, mainly terpenes eudesmane family, will contribute correlate chemical composition previous determined pharmacological

متن کاملIdentification of Volatile Organic Compounds from Trichoderma virens (6011) by GC-MS and Separation of a Bioactive Compound via Nanotechnology
Fungal volatile organic compounds (VOCs) have the potential of being used as biocontrol agents for biotechnological applications in agriculture, industry and medicine. In this research, different VOCs from secondary metabolites of biocontrol fungus Trichoderma virens (6011) KP671477 were separated using n-hexane, n-butanol and methanol solvents and identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrom...
